AMG K Pro UW Epoxy Grout is ideal for the restoration of structural pile members in underwater applications as an epoxy grout to fill the annular space between pile jackets and pilings. Extremely flowable and easy to pump, AMG K Pro UW Epoxy Grout is ideal for plural component pumping applications, both above and below the water line, where large volumes of epoxy grout must be placed. AMG K Pro UW Epoxy Grout is ideal for tremie applications, as well as for other marine applications, such as piers, sea walls, dams, bridges, and other offshore structures. AMG K Pro UW Epoxy Grout is impact resistant as well.

Additionally, AMG K Pro UW Epoxy Grout is also a multipurpose system and may be used in many other types of epoxy grout applications, including in both wet and dry environments where a high strength epoxy grout is necessary.

AMG SureGrout UW 8K is a special version of our famous SureGrout UW structural grouting compound designed for underwater placement that generates greater than 8,000 psi. compressive strength in just 7 days. AMG SureGrout UW 8K requires only the addition of water to produce a pumpable underwater non-shrink grout which exhibits exceptional resistance to "washing-out" of the cement and fines, and that may be pumped or tremied in pile jacket installations.

AMG SureGrout UW 8K is composed of special portland cements, washed and properly graded quartz aggregates plus other proprietary ingredients to allow the product to set underwater without excessive expansion or shrinkage. AMG SureGrout UW 8K also includes an amine-based corrosion inhibiting agent to help prevent corrosion in the rebar, threaded rod, or other metals embedded in the concrete.

Recommended for grouting to repair deteriorated underwater or tidal zone concrete structures without significant "wash-out" of the cement. Can also be used as patching or pointing cement for joints over 1/4' wide. Applications include bridge columns, concrete piling and dams. Particularly effective when used with metal or fiberglass jackets, around the pilings, to fill the annular space completely.

AMG K Pro TNG is a 100%-solids, high-modulus, two-component, slow-setting epoxy gel. AMG K Pro TNG is engineered specifically for use in pile repair as a tongue and groove adhesive on fiberglass pile jackets. It is insensitive to moisture before, during, and after cure, and is equally suited for saltwater, fresh water, and brackish water.

AMG K Pro UW Splash Zone is a 100% solids trowel grade marine epoxy paste formulated to bond to a variety of materials in underwater applications. AMG K Pro UW Splash Zone is self-priming and consists of two-components with an easy to use 1:1 mix ratio. K Pro UW Splash Zone may be used in fresh, salt, or brackish water, and will bond eectively to wood, concrete, steel, and berglass.

AMG Grout Bags are formed by positioning specially woven, double-layer synthetic forms on the surface to be protected and filling them with a pumpable Cement grout in such a manner as to form a grout bag of required thickness, weight and configuration. The fabric forms can be placed and filled either underwater or in-the-dry. The high-strength Grout is used in place of conventional concrete because of its pumpability, high-strength, impermeability, and absorption resistance.

The AMG Petro Tape is a Non-woven stitch bonded synthetic fabric, fully impregnated and coated with neutral petrolatum-based compounds and inert fillers. Petrolatum based Petro Tape Anti Corrosion Tape is chemically inert and does not polymerize or oxidize and therefore retains its’ water resistance and dielectric properties over an extended period. It is free of chemical impurities
